I had a very disappointing experience with their agent, Bhavya Soni, and cannot recommend this agency for supporting her actions when I raised my concerns. She was unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge of the market. During showings, she allowed buyers to tour my home unsupervised, which included rummaging through my personal belongings, going through nightstands and closet bins, touching tablets and computers that had nothing to do with the sale of the home.

She showed her lack of education by suggesting buyers replace perfectly good hardwood floors just because of a few scuff marks. *Refinish!!!!* To make matters worse, she stood outside my home, while I was in earshot, and encouraged lowball offers - telling a buyer that she could get me down in price.

Additionally, I was asked to conduct a showing for a potential buyer myself! Instead of her sending another agent. Overall, I felt that she didn’t know what she was doing and wasn’t looking out for my best interests. I eventually left this agency and went with someone else—the difference was night and day when working with a competent agent.
