Onyx, as a management company, has provided a plethora of communication to keep owners and residents informed about what is happening in the building. The property administration staff has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with an issue related to my unit. Specifically, Carly and Emily were kind, professional, and very supportive. Emily, in particular, was communicative, approachable, responsive, and overall very professional while being easy to talk to. In the two years I’ve owned my unit, I’ve been very happy with the support from the team, both at the concierge and in the main office.

I recently put down a deposit on an apartment in a building that was still under construction. While the finished building didn't quite meet my needs, I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of the entire team. They were understanding of my situation and went above and beyond by offering to refund my deposit, even though they weren't obligated to do so. Their willingness to work with me and accommodate my changing needs speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a team that truly values their clients and handles everything with the utmost care and professionalism.

I'm giving it a 4 star because at first, i was very frustrated with the property manager, who ignored my email for months. I finally called in and property administrator named Emily Smith picked up the phone and I explained my situation. She was very prompt in resolving the issue from her end and just got an update a few day before that the payment has gone through and the issue will be resolved. Emily's help and assistance was very appreciated considering I had no reply from the property manager for a while. I hope Onyx management only hires people like Emily who is prompt and listens to the customer to resolve the issue.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST !
Most of the folks we’ve met at Onyx are not good at their jobs. Extremely slow in responding to emails , and they keep sending chargebacks to owners without prior warning or cause . I’d recommend twice before engaging with these folks. They’re always after your money , and lag behind services.
