Each person with whom I have been in contact with at Opus has been responsive and professional. Mariam Odukomaiya was warm, kind, flexible and easygoing in signing the lease agreement. Teodor Nasc resolved my not having a key to storage within a day, and getting locked out of the storage unit within 10 minutes. He is on the ball and professional. I have met several of the other team members and they have each contributed to a great experience as a tenant.

Having one of the owners admit that he would never want one of these buildings built in his neighborhood and then proceed to build one in yours is in poor taste.

Your security guards are very uneducated with no thought process when a client in one of your buildings who pays thousands of dollars in lease payments across Canada calls for a limo for corporate use your heavy handed bad attitude female rent an idiot says no parking by the rear entrance stating she has deliveries coming this is rear entry to building not a posted loading dock when told driver was picking up clients from building she told clients could walk to the end of the block driver moved 38 ft limo ahead 25 ft she stormed into building mumbling obscenity 3 minutes later building manager came out swearing and cursing he then pushed the driver the limo driver told him if he touched him again he would have him charged with assault the limo driver could have punched his lights out he has been an a mature boxer for over thirty years he also is trained in executive protection he used remarkable restraint under no circumstance should a opus employee strike another person
