Negligent, Unprofessional & Hazardous Conditions

After 3+ months of unresolved flooding, toxic mold, and electrical failures, OrangeList:
- Ignored health risks (our infant suffered respiratory distress)
- Admitted they "only care about the property, not tenants"
- Left us without AC in 40°C heat with burning-wire smells.

Their emails show shocking unaccountability (no signatures, no follow-ups).

If you value your family’s safety or sanity: RUN.

Tonight I was supposed to view a property at 5:30pm with Rob Vettese. He canceled 9 minutes before stating “he is not able to make it tonight” I was also supposed to view this property last Wednesday but again, he stated that he couldn’t make it. I’ve worked with Rob in the past attempting to rent a property, where he showed my boyfriend and I 2 apartments then ghosted us.

Tonight when I was canceled on, my dad came with me and was upset because he was forced to drive out of his way, just to get cancelled on. With that being said, at 5:30, he called Rob as I had his phone number through previous messages with him. When he answered the phone he said “hello”, which is not professional while being a realtor. My dad stated his concern and Rob replied with “I will be there in 15 minutes.” So we waited until 5:45, additionally another 5 minutes. Rob called back at 5:51 stating he got caught up in something and will be there in 10 minutes. I decided to not move forward with working with Rob to view this property and don’t plan on working through him again, and for the better of the company, nobody should. I’m not sure if anyone has experienced a similar situation with Rob, but it was a very frustrating and disrespectful situation that nobody should go through while looking for a place to live.
