New tenant and so far, so happy. Management has been kind, responsive and accomodating. The flat is really good, with amenities and parking. More affordable than expected. I am seeing no downsides: we made the right move. Great for dog owners as we have a great park and walk along the Ontario river.

My husband and I have lived Riverton Park in Ottawa since August 2019. It is very pleased that I would introduce my experience of Riverton Park in Ottawa as a resident. The unit which we live in now was the first place we visited while we looked for a place to live. As soon as we saw this unit, we decided to live here. At the beginning, we were worried about living without an air-condition, but there wasn’t any problem. The temperature of our unit was pretty good in summer as we could live with only a fan. Managers of Riverton Park are very nice. They always seem to handle any problem and inconvenience immediately, and they notify of announcements quickly. The facilities are maintained to be clean. I’m quite sure this apartment has been under control. Talking about atmosphere of here, there is Ottawa river close to here, so I usually go to walk and jog. I’m also able to see the beautiful sunset through a veranda. It is notable that there is Tunney’s pasture station nearby, so that I can go everywhere by using public transportations.

Well maintained building in a fantastic location. The maintenance staff in particular are friendly and helpful! The neighborhood is also wonderful with convenience stores close by and within walking distance of rapid transit and more shopping.

I don't recommend this building at all if you work from home. The building is a 'crime-free' building, but our bikes were stolen from the 'secure' bike room, and the management did nothing about it. There have been renovations going on all the time, which are extremely loud and trigger migraines, and you couldn't attend any meetings and even work from home. They referred me to the lease agreement when I complained about the noise. Except for the weekends, you should tolerate the noise all day, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Best value in Ottawa. Awesome staff that are friendly and helpful. Any issues and they get back to you in a timely manner. Clean, comfortable and quiet. They bring in the right tenants to fit the building. Overall, very satisfied and will be in the building for years to come. Love you guys!

The staff at Riverton Park are amazing!! Moved 4 months ago, in August, and since then they have been incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The property is clean and well kept - they clearly care about the overall look and feel of the building, as well as its tenants.

Tired of freezing in my apartment. We complain bout our high hydro bills to manager. They say every one on our floor pays same don't think so. Our walls are concrete when knock them I have blankets around ledges of my windows and patio doors and yet I can feel breeze plus hands are always frozen our temp is at 20 feels its off been dealing with this for 4 years hydro bills 250 bucks at one point and they do nothing trying to say we have enough insulation lol

I had applied for a rental and was declined. My income, references and police background were all good. My credit is fair. All of which were the only things on the application. They refused to tell me their criteria and why they declined me.

I found their staff at 1735 Frobisher to be off. Ryan seemed like a nice guy but the building manager (assuming it was the woman in the back room) had an off sense of humor and was intrusive in personal space. My friend (who was with me) also found them weird (in a negative way). Their units are okay, relatively clean. I don't dislike them because of their rentals. My negative rating is because of the 'off' ill treatment I received at the location and their business practices with me and their cloak and dagger ways.
