Barry and I would like to show our deep appreciation and gratitude to Rakib, our building manager. He has shown enormous patience, understanding and considerable ability to solve problems. We were one of the first seven residents to arrive at Oslo on Fifth and Rakib greatly eased our initial problems as we settled in to this new building. We cannot speak highly enough of him. Oslo on Fifth’s building Manager, Rakib, is a calm, no nonsense, “get it done” kind of person. He is easy to communicate with and addresses any issue. We are fortunate to have Rakib as our building Manager.

In its new condition, Oslo on Fifth seems to have overcome the inherent problems of previous generations of apartment living - at the price of a smaller place to live.
The square feet of space has been very well designed IMHO - and efficient, one might say. However (and this is just an intelligent guess) being tidy in a small space is very important. By leaving just one thing out, instead of putting it away, it's easy to add clutter to the living room, the dining/kitchen area, the entrance to other spaces - all in one go.
I'm also concerned about the car parking for residents, guests, visitors, service vehicles and unexpected callers. This development is now a densely populated part of Fifth Street. Too many buildings like this change the character of the street and the town.
The eye-candy factor is high. Keeping it looking this good will no doubt be a challenge.
