Be very careful. The people I dealt with were very nice but it's pretty obvious they are looking for very desperate sellers. They wanted to offer me almost 100K less than market value. I understand they need to make money but we were willing to sell for 50K or even 60K less than market value and if they would have put just 5K into the house, they would have brought the value up another 15K.
I feel like they look for people who are desperate or have no idea about the market. It wound up being a real waste of time as they made it seem like their offer would be in the ballpark and it really never was.
