Terrible organization. I listed a property on OREB through their interboard system and they forgot to upload the photos that I had sent them to the listing. I could not find out until after 10 days, when another sales representative told me that "there is no photos attached to the listing". I contacted OREB and they never held themselves accountable for their obvious error. No apology. No refund. Very rude staff. When I asked for answers and accountability, they even threatened me. Their President and CEO, despite providing their contact on their website, never responded to my emails and instead, threatened me not to contact them again (through another rude person named "Michael Murphy", who is working at TRREB). It is shameful for Real estate industry of Ottawa and Toronto.
