Huge shout out to Owen Paxton -Property and Strata Manager and Realtor

Having been a former home owner and current renter, I have had the good fortune to work with Owen.

Being a tenant comes with concerns over how well a property is kept, whether issues will be addressed in a timely manner and how I am treated as a tenant.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Owen Paxton. Whenever there were issues with the property I was renting, Owen addressed the concern in a quick and convenient manner. As a renter I was kept informed as to the status of the repair, and time it would take to complete.

I have found each of my concerns/questions responded to respectfully. I not only believe Owen to act in the best interest of both the tenant and property owner, but I believe Owen to be an honest and compassionate human being.

Owen was a knowledgeable and responsive agent. We were first time homebuyers and he made the whole process very easy. He delivered on finding us a home suiting our varied taste/opinions on what we were looking for in a home/investment.
