Buying and selling a house can be stressful. I was struggling to connect and feel heard by my current mortgage provider so I searched online for a new option. I had heard mortgage brokers were more willing to work with their customers than big bank mortgage companies so I reached out to Nicole. Nicole returned my email quickly and was willing to work with my short timeline. She was willing to work with me and explain each step, she answered all of my questions. We were having issues with getting our debt ratios to work out, so she gave us options about what would work for us.
