We first reached out to Gillian when we were relocating.  We had heard exceptional things about her attention to detail and level of service in Rosedale where our house was located but at the time all we wanted to do was rent the house while we figured out "if" the relocation was going to be a fit.  She came over and met with us and immediately put us at ease.  It didn't matter that this was a lease - she treated our business like it was a multi-million dollar sale and within a week had connected a variety of dots in her vast database and quietly found us the perfect tenants.  We were thrilled.  Fast forward -- this Spring we decided we wanted to sell. Our first call was to Gillian & the Oxley team.  It's important to know that we were out of the country and really had to lean on the Oxley team for literally everything.  No surprise they delivered above and beyond.  We had thoughts on the ideal listing price but Gillian counselled us on how KEY pricing was in the 2025 market and respecting her as the expert in this area we followed her guidance.  Her team prepped the house, completed a pre-list home inspection - and then helped stick handle minor fixes to improve the inspection report and launched on MLS.  Despite being a difficult market we sold in just 3 days at 98% of our ask price and could not be more thrilled!    We can't say enough about how positive, successful and seamless this process was and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gillian and her team - in fact we would go out of our way to ensure we tell everyone that they are the ONLY team to hire in Toronto & specifically in Rosedale - she knows the neighbourhood inside out!
