Worst experience ever. When it was owned by John, we had no problem as we were the homeowner looking to have our Rental property managed. When Royal LePage icon took over that’s when it went to absolute garbage for us as property owners. They charged us ridiculous amount of money for little work done, lie to us straight to our faces about what was happening with our property and our Rental tendencies. The last time they told us it was going to be $15,000 worth of damage we went down there and heard from our neighbours of the absolute horror that they had to live with The people that they put into our house and the lack of property management inspections that happen there because if they were doing it, they would’ve noticed squatters in our shed. When we arrived at our property, it was so poorly managed and taken care of that. We immediately stopped working with Royal LePage icon, and so discarded that we ended up selling the house. I have heard many bad stories from tenants about royal LePage icon property management, but this is my take as a property owner, allowing this company to manage my property. I hold them responsible for the absolute neglect that my property got. We did not use them to sell our house because Carmen was an absolute nightmare to deal with and her self entitlement attitude. Where her and her company cause my property to be in such disarray because I paid them to take care of it for me and they did the exact opposite.

Literally not one person we spoke with their had any interest in housing us. Even with perfect references, beyond great income, great work and character references, the wait times weren’t a problem it was judgement immediately upon arrival and I was denied every house available being told it was spoken for, then it remained open for rent for weeks after- every inquiry we made, was told spoken for, then hours later it’s be posted again as available, they never made any notion to contact us. Even with 100% awesome Referall letters and references. They hung up on me twice every few days I’d check in for availability, and it super hurt our hearts that they made zero effort to get our family in a home. All in all, I hope they start realizing they dictate peoples futures by picking and choosing. We literally had a great application and weren’t helped in the slightest. Totally dissapointed and hope theirs better staff their, so they can help families get roofs over their heads. Our houses roof caved in and we were left homeless almost at no fault of our own. Was unfortunate.. they and I have to reiterate that they literally made no effort to get a roof over our babies heads. They didn’t care. Ha

Every place I lived in either had mold or bad water damage. They don't care to fix it. Highly unsafe for pets and babies. Landlord Lance definitely doesn't look out for your best interest. If you tell them what happened they'll ignore it and won't care to hear your side of stories. Highly suggest renting else where. Where there is NO mold or WATER DAMAGE

Worst Customer Service ever. Manager Johnathan started shouting on me when all I was asking was for explaination why I am getting charged $40 when I was told $20 by his employee. I will never recommend anyone here.

This is a total bush league operation. Their service is terrible, they can't seem to do their jobs properly, they never get back to you when they make mistakes which is often, and they steal your money. If you can avoid dealing with them at all costs.
