So far my experience with Pacific Quorum has been amazing. In a day an age where rental scams are rampant, it is always daunting to be looking at the rental market. I've been met with nothing but professionalism from both Nhem Catoy when setting up a viewing, and then with Laura Finnigan when going over the lease documents. She's patient with my questions and her kindness exudes through her emails.

I am looking forward to a long, wonderful relationship with this property management company.

PQP is the best strata management company experience I’ve ever had (and I have experience with a few other major strata companies in Vancouver before.) No company compares to PQP. I gave them 5 stars because they truly give 5- star customer service — especially Lori Kim who always responds promptly (even on weekends) and provides detailed guidance and excellent customer service.

I'm a PQP tenant, and my agent Leslie Brock is exceptional. We connected through Craigslist months ago, and she's been consistently professional, empathetic, and efficient. Unlike many agents who become unresponsive after move-in, Leslie remains dedicated. Her support nearly moved me to tears today. I applaud Leslie's commitment and thank PQP for employing such caring agents.

Update: on today’s episode of why you shouldn’t hire PQ, let’s dive into a new discovery - oh contractor fees. If you have this company as your property management company, you should do a double take into the money they are blindly taking out of your account called “contractor fees” apparently they can take 2% off any project over $10,000 but when asked where the $525 came from, they refused to answer. So ya, they just took $525 out of our bank account. Leslie Brock refuses to call to answer any emails so all I can assume is they are stealing your council money too. Funny how they site out contract for this fee but yet it is also in our contact and a law to have an annual AGM yet we didn’t ..:

Did I mention we didn’t have an AGM for 3 years We begged them to make it happen and they refused.

Last company in the world I would recommend and if anyone is thinking about merging with this disgusting company, think again. They are thieves. And until I get an answer as to where our money is this review will stay up.

After a previous review and a phone call from the Surrey office manager with promises of change, nothing has been done. Requested calls and emails and still have not heard back from Martin regarding my concerns. If i could give them a 0, I would because a 1 star is generous. 3 years without an AGM after many requests. No council meetings. PQ just let it all slide. We have not had our building cleaned in years. Now after yelling to be heard, finally an AGM taking place. If you are reading reviews, and looking to go with them, i highly suggest you find another property management company. And after speaking with a close client of mine, he shared his own experience of PQ’s incompetence at his property in Kelowna. I highly doubt many of their 5 star reviews are accurate.

Not to mention everyone locked out of the parking garage. I phoned at 4am knowing i had to be at work to get our gate opened and the emergency line said they would be there. I called every hour and they never came.

I hope we find another company and soon. I will never buy a place that is managed by PQ again. And how are they producing documents for new home owners if there hasn't been an AGM since 2021 (its 2024)? Just saying ‍♀️ little suspect if you ask me.

Oh and PQ, do not bother with your little “reply post”, no one cares. After blowing smoke for a 30 min waste of time phone call, i realized PQ is just a slimy company that cannot hold employees. Maybe the founder John should start picking up the phone and taking care of his company before it crumbles. As a business founder myself, I would be so embarrassed if this is how my company conducted business.

There communication is terrible at best . They don't explain anything when asking. They failed to make sure the tenant registered the hydro account. I been with them a week and terminated the contract stay away. For several issues and lack of explanation. I would never recommend them to anyone. And they still owe me for rent in oct. Do not hire these people

I really would give zero star if I can. Our old Council Hired this company before and now we terminated with this compoany because they are so an irresponsible company，if you are a resident, stay away from this company. They will not do anythings for your strata except got money.
