Been a resident since 2017, the suites come with a/c and a washer + dryer and the amenities are useful (minus the live plant wall that occasionally stinks), these are the positives .Now for the negatives, the building is super noisy you will hear people stomping from multiple floors above and it will sound like it is diectly above you. If you like evacuations you will need to evacuate multiple times during the year day or night due to a faulty sensor in the parking garage that im guessing has been replaced multiple times but clearly isnt the issue with the fire system. Also if another building has a fire, you're evacuating as well because your alarms go off too atleast for the first and second building. The units have so much moisture in them in the winter that the window sills get water logged as well as the baseboards, one of the fixes was to install a tile ledge so the water can just pool ontop and not soak in. Also if they have a survey they want filled out they company will send 30 emails for the same thing over the course of a month and then go so far to leave you a paper copy under your door to make sure you go it (the email harrassment doesnt stop if you do the email). The dog park is filled with rocks for your dog to injury their paws on and the fence has been damaged for weeks so small dogs can just run out. Cleaners used to vacuum every floor now they just do the common areas on the ground floor and parking level. For the price of the monthly rent + parking and storage lockers if you choose you really would expect a little more effort from the company to maintain their property.

with my honest review: Very bad experienced I never have before, I'd like to share...
First, we have to stay in hotel 4 days before the move in (my contract I can move in but building manager did not allow us to move in) and they changed the contract without telling us, un-welcome, poor building, very dry air and a lot of dust, poor service.
I have some pictures to share, smoke-free but last summer we sat outside during that time had a cigarette drop to my balcony. unsafe place, slow respond we request to fix the door at bedroom took over 3 months to fix. even we told her about something unsafe she will say that not her business. We have to call 911 more than 4 times to due with upstairs

Great apartment complex. The public areas of the buildings are stylish, clean and well maintained. The building managers, Deanne & Greg, are friendly, helpful, and professional. Any unit maintenance needed has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I love my unit as it is very open and spacious with updated floors and fixtures. The balcony is a great size. One big plus about the complex is the little dog park on the property. If you have pets, this is a great place to live!

We moved in January 2021 during the height of covid. The building is clean, modern, and well-appointed. Since then the building had added the 1Valet system allowing for residents to greet and receive guests remotely which has been very useful.

In regards to Building Management, I must commend Greg. As the building handyman he is quick to solve issues and pragmatic in addressing the small things before they become the big things. He's also somehow managed to remember the names of residents and dogs, which is no small feat as the building is very dog friendly complete with an enclosed dog park.

The building rates high for safety with CCTV in common areas and entrances. This is important as a fair portion of residents are seniors. Here too, we can see the building management is on the ball. Countless times I've seen Greg leading paramedics to units, saving valuable time for first responders. When seconds can be the difference between life and death, I wouldn't want paramedics having to guess there way around.

There is abundant parking for residents and visitors, traffic has rarely if ever been a problem.

There are plenty of amenities and social events ranging from Bingo to craft fairs, a Yoga room, a theater room, a gym, etc...

All in all, a great building, and a solid community with responsive and friendly building staff.

My husband and I have lived here since March and we love it. It is so close to everything (Costco, a grocery store, malls, farmers markets) but it is so quiet at the same time. When you close the windows you cannot hear the road noise! We are living in a two bedroom with two bathrooms and a den. The layout is massive and we were able to easily downsize from our house. The in suite laundry is fantastic (the washer is huge!) and all the appliances are designed well for the space. The building is also dog friendly and out pup has met some new friends!
Whenever you need help, the building management, Deanne and Greg, are always there. They are truly people that not only care about doing their jobs, but care about the people living in the building. It is a pleasure to talk to them!
My husband and I hope to make this our home for years to come!

I lived here for a year and loved it. The apartments are beautiful and feel much larger than the square footage. Huge balconies are awesome for summertime entertaining. The conveniences and finishes within the suites are beautiful and make life easy. The building is managed by Deanne and Greg, who seem to know EVERY tenant and they make the effort to get to know them also. They’re a big part of making Paisley Square feel more like home. They keep the tenants involved and plan movie nights, games nights and Wednesday morning coffee, which lets everyone get to know each other. Furthermore, anytime there was any sort of problem, they were quick to solve it or, if a contractor was needed, they got them there quickly.

I've only been living at 1042 Paisley Road for 6 months and I love it here. The managers Deanne and Greg are super nice and willing to help you if needed. The building is super clean and pet friendly. You wont regret living here at 1042 Paisley, I don't. It's a great place to live with everything close by. Also has a gym, yoga room, pool table, and theatre.

I have lived here for a few years and I love it! Quiet, lots of fun social spaces (theater, social room with a pool table, gym) Pet friendly, nice walking areas near by and the best property managers ever!
