As an immigrant and newcomer to St. John's, I am really grateful to this place and its landlord Mr Kevin. So I am writing a few words about it:
History:
Actually, I came to know about this house, when I had only a 2-night of accommodation at airbnb. As a newcomer, I approached the landlord and understanding my condition, he agreed to rent me the place with a very reasonable fee.

Location:
The place is situated at the central point of St. John's. Just a 5-minute walking distance from the Arts & Administrative Building, MUN. And 7-min walking distance to MUN centre.

Moreover, one of distinctive feature of the house is that it is on the road that coincides both Bus routes of 2 & 10 (major bus routes of the city).

Structure :
Its better to term as a semi-basement house (2-bed, one living, separate kitchen, washroom and shared laundry & dryer), because all windows are above the ground and sunlight comes to the major portions of the house.

There is also a lovely backyard, where children can play and perfect place for arranging barbecue.
Amenities:
The house is full-furnished with all basic amenities (bed, table, chair, dining table, sofa etc.

Landlord :
The house is managed by Mr Kevin, during my staying I found him so sensible and professional.
Whenever I knocked him, he extended his support to solve the issue.

Neighborhood:
The upstairs apartments are accommodated by amicable and friendly MUN students.

Besides, the community is so calm and I found no criminal incidents during my staying period.

Conclusion :
This house really eased my and my family's early days in St John's.

I am indebted to this house and the landlord.

Property manager is really friendly and considerate.
I needed wardrobe, he showed up with massive wardrobe very next day. After giving him moving out notice my circumstances changed at the last moment, he still considered my situation till 2 days before I suppose to move out. I confirmed moving out before 2 days, he was very patient with me.

Excellent communication, quick response, outstanding service are the winning factors. Manager Kevin is Very polite, helpful and cordial person to deal with too.

Would recommend him for any related services and opportunities. Surely that would be the best and perfect solution the one could find.
