Paradigm property management has been such a breath of fresh air to deal with after nothing but problems from the previous strata management company we dealt with. Puneet is a phenomenal strata agent who is proactive in her management of our strata townhome complex and really makes it easy to be a volunteer council member. We have been working with Paradigm for a year and prior to that we worked with Miguel, the founder of Paradigm in another capacity for 2 years. As President of Strata LMS 4287, I appreciate Paradigm's dedication and work ethic. I strongly believe that they do what is in the best interest of our strata. Miguel and his staff are very hands on and personable and our council appreciates the level of expertise they provide. I highly recommend them as a property management company.

Paradigm was our Property Management Company for two years, and although the first few months started off well, it quickly went downhill from there and we ended our contract after two years with them, their biggest downfalls were poor communication and unresponsive to concerns - I found it difficult to get in touch with the strata manager or receive timely updates, or any updates at all, they also dropped the ball several times when scheduling services / maintenance for our Complex which resulted in scheduling services at the wrong time of year because asking them something in January would take until summer to be addressed. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Paradigm has been the best strata management company we've had since I moved into our complex 23 years ago. They are smart and efficient. Being presently on council, I have seen first hand how they operate and do business. Miguel is very knowledgeable and knows all about strata rules and regulations. I have seen a negative post on here, but knowing the author's issues, I have to say it was an inaccurate assessment of Paradigm

Terrible communication
Never reply to any emails or phones call even after multiple sent emails and phone calls still nothing. They purposely choose to ignore you.
We use to have a nice clean building, these guys take over fire the great cleaners we had and bring in one of their own who's never here and dose a terrible job. Grass stopped getting cut as the last management company really had everything planned out well these guys came in and absolutely made everything alot worse. I suggest to never go with this company as they are one of the worst I have ever delt with. Seems like they just like to collect money and do nothing isn't that a dream job .
