One of, if not the best companies to rent from. They truly care about the people they rent to and they also provide affordable luxury suites to lower income families. They're always trying to give back to the community that they are working in.

Horrible neighbors. Building is behind schedule at the property they are building next door to me, so they have begun starting at 5 and 6 am, going till 11 at night some nights. Ontop of the noise they have claimed the public sidewalk infront of the site as their personal parking space for over a year, making our building inaccesible on foot via the west. When they aren't being noisy they pull out the building materials to line neighbors property with, I have seen tarps fly into the assiniboine river, polluting their environment and another almost caused an accident. These people are the most irresponsible people I have ever met and for the sake of your sanity and sleep, please start a petition, protest, stand in the middle of that field they are going to build in, do what you have to folks, but you don't want them as a neighbor, I am speaking from experience. Nobody wants Paragon Living as a neighbor. I can only imagine how they treat their tenants if this is the lack of class they have when trying to insert themselves in a community, with plenty of other, cheaper, quieter buildings already in the area. The Thunderbird and Capri have cheap rent and gorgeous apartments! Vacancies at both!
