Below average apartment. They will not provide the proper service. If you need any service, you have to do yourself. They are promoting the apartment by showing GIM and other facilities. These facilities are only open in working weekdays 9 to 5pm during the office hours. The terrible thing is, if you move out from the apartment, they will steel your money from security deposit for painting and carpet cleaning. We only get back nearly 100 bucks. I actually cleaned the apartment that very well better than when we checked in. So, don't try to clean the apparent clearly for saving your security deposit. They are aware about that; nobody is going to fight for that money. I meet the manager for some reason, she is very nice to us, that is the only one good experience with this apartment. But the other employee in the office is very terrible.

I saw the previous reviews and I give average rating to them. Unfortunately, they are not eligible for even one star. They increased 350 bucks in rent to as, for renewal. and there is no elevator or other facilities. We lived in fourth floor. Our rent is 1150 + and we got the notice for increase in rent to everyone due to Canadas financial Crices. We can accept if it is 100 or something nearby. Everything you will feel stupid when you get into that. Even we need to pay for washing and drying, and this room is always busy. Most of the time the machines will not work well as needed. You will lose your money. There are even more to say, that's it for now. Share your experience here!!!

All professionalism here, no games especially with Ijlal! Moving to a new province can be a bit scary but when you have a great leasing agent like Ijlal, all of your fears go away. He is extremely helpful, polite, and funny! He has gone above and beyond in ensuring I find the perfect apartment to call home. Even after moving in he has been extremely helpful. He is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. If you’re looking for a place in Duggen, I highly recommend this complex and I suggest when you call or come in, ask for Ijlal. He will find the perfect fit for you and ensure the process is seamless with no hassle, no gimicks - just a fantastic dude. Thanks Ijlal!

Apartment being moderately old there are small Maintenance issue but the staff are pretty prompt to fix it. Carlos from Maintenance was nice and did quick fixing and lovely.

Careless staff in the office! Called at the office to send someone in apartment to see our fridge as it stopped working since yesterday. I called in the office. She told me that she will send someone afternoon. No one came. Called again. She said she will send someone before end of the day. No one came! All my food in the fridge get spoiled!
