Poor quality fit and finish in my unit built by this developer in partnership with Woodbridge Homes. I was amazed at some of the deficiencies that I found and how they could have been missed by their quality control. The quality control manager would either show up late or not show up at all. I would constantly have to text or phone him to remind him of his appointments. The repairs done by the contractors we're done to my satisfaction but the the repairs done by this developers in house team managed by the quality control manager were very poor, especially drywall related. Drywall seams were repaired with too much compound and it was not sanded back. We were told it would blend right back in when painted. They stand out more than the original seams that were present. Non of the drywall repairs were done by a drywall contractor. Emailed Parkridge with pics regarding the repairs and no response back. I remember one deficiency where a gap developed between the pantry and wall, I could push the pantry back and the gap would disappear... the quality managers suggested quick fix was to fill the gap with silicone. I had them fix it properly. Literally you have to watch them to get your repairs fixed right.

Very poor construction and worse customer service. These guys with Woodbridge homes are bunch of rogues and thieves. Please stay away from these people.

Not only your landscaper left the mess, there are countless deficiencies thru out the house. I am complaining to the home warranty insurance people. What a shame that you have only one good rating and that is also from the employee of Woodbridge Homes!
