It's a small convenient plaza nestled around park royal community. It offers basically everything you need so you don't have drive to other places. You can do groceries, buy fast food, go for spa, salon, doctor clinic, pharmacy, convenient store, laundry, phone and computer repairs, karate, Kumon, buffet, breakfast, VR, fitness gym, fresh Italian bakery and so much more.

Quite the little surprise because they had some very good stores and foods. Needs some restoration to make people be Leary to shop. I ate at burrito cafe and it was very clean and tasty. Staff very helpful with providing information of what might suit you best. And the burrito was humongous!

The bread is the absolute best, real Italian style. Very good pastries. It's great for a bit to eat. You get a bun and they make your sandwich right in front of you. The hit table is very delicious. Some of the products in the store are a little pricey but overall it's a fantastic place to go. It's so nice to sit on the patio and relax with a coffee or drink and some good food

It a good place to shop.and it all depends on your preferences, what your likes and dislikes. Customer service excellent. There are bakeries, Doctors office, dry cleaning services, massage therapy. Chiropractor, places to eat and take out, ect, ect,....One stop, shop until you drop 😁🤣🤣🤣 and I will visit again.

It's a decent neighbourhood strip mall. It's got a decent mix of stores, especially for food and it's centrally located in Park Royal so it's convenient to walk to. The parking lot could be a bit better but that's not a deal breaker.
