I love my townhome! It took me all of 10 minutes to decide to buy this beautiful home. I fell in love with it the minute I saw it. The staff were more than helpful and friendly and were there in an instant if I had a question. The house is well built with zero deficiencies. I would highly recommend Park View Homes in Bellamy Farms!.

After visiting Bellany Farms a few times, I am considering this community for a secondary home. The townhouses are beautifully appointed and what I was most impressed with was the base unit that I could upgrade as I progressed with my investment. The community is clean, friendly and close to all the amenities anyone needs to be comfortable. Parkview staff is wonderful to address all my questions and provide me the information I need to help make this reality. The community and staff deserve 5 stars.

The first time I walked into a Bellamy Farm model home I felt the pride in the build. The thought that went into everything was evident. A good feeling that it did not matter to the builder if a mansion or townhome, the care for details was the same.
