Parked here for three days rather than get ripped off parking at my hotel. Very nice parking area. Fair rates. Clean. Well lit. Heated. Complimentary windshield wash, vacuums, and air compressor on level 2. St. Andrew subway station connects to the building via the PATH, so you can park and head anywhere in town without going outdoors.

Unnecessary hostility and aggressive attitude towards me and my family upon leaving the parking area by an individual responsible of responding to the help button at the ticket payment kiosk on May 19, 2024 at 9:50 pm. When our ticket failed to read my father pressed the help button and stated “my ticket is not going through for some reason”, the response we got was “what am I supposed to do?” Delivered in a sarcastic manner. My father confused, repeated his question but was responded rudely by the same individual who for some reason started teaching my dad on his deliverance of the question. Although the individual may be going through something which was hindering his emotional state, his unnecessary aggression and sarcasm through us off. Hopefully Impark can look into this matter so that other people don’t go through this. My father was kind, apologized and ignored it but others won’t. I understand work can be tough but when customer service is part of the job, the individual should at least carry a nuteral tone. Impark DO BETTER!

Paid for parking, but got ticketed. I had to fill out appeal form, that was not actually fillable , so created my own and emailed them. Can’t believe this “indigo group” exists in 21st century…

VERY VERY HELPFUL PARKING ATTENDANTS!! I got lost and wound up in this building to park since my usual spot was full due to the multiple events occurring in the downtown core. The parking attendants were very helpful in letting me know where to park once inside, how to exit the building and how to return to the building to retrieve my car.

Worst layout of any parking lots I've been to. Doesn't help its overpriced but to make matters worse it's split between two buildings on opposite sides of the road without any accessible entrances to get back to your parked vehicle. You have to take the adjacent street's front lobby elevators to get back in.

It's a good location and there are usually spots available, but you might be ticketed even if you pay for your spot. I paid, was ticketed, complained, and was told that I had to fill out a form to have the ticket voided. They eventually cancelled the ticket but not with so much as an apology for the inconvenience. I won't ever park here again.
