The rent is not worth it. Paint is cheap, flooring is cheap, lawn care isn't as often as it should and the fencing needs to be replaced. It'd also be nice to have numbers on the fencing so that visitors and delivery knows where to go. Very cheap, and rent goes up every year regardless. If you are looking for mediocre living, this might be suited for you, if you are looking for quality, I recommend looking somewhere else.

My lease was up February 1st i cleaned the place and was called February 1st by the leasing office and asked why i had not paid February rent when i had advised them in November i would not be renewing my lease. They asked when i would return the keys i said this week they said that was fine. NOW TODAY i recieved a call at my workplace about February rent and that they are still going to continue to try to charge me and send me to collections when MY LEASE WAS UP BEWARE RENTING HERE WAITING TO HEAR FROM A MANAGER ABOUT THIS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCUMMY PRACTICE OF TRYING TO CHARGE SOMEONE RENT AFTER THEIR LEASE IS UP!

I have lived here since February and I have found that anything I have needed has been delt with in a timely manner. The staff have been wonderful in helping me with a few things getting fixed, even the guys doing the grass are Awesome. Marjorie is Absolutely Amazing.
