We truly enjoyed our entire stay at Parliament Towers, located at 5200 Parliament Avenue. The unit was new and very clean. The property manager and maintenance team take excellent care of the building. They were always approachable whenever we needed help and consistently gave us timely reminders—whether it was about meter readings or upcoming maintenance, we always received a heads-up.

We absolutely love living with Parliament Rentals- the staff are amazing and so super friendly! Our building is beautiful and we love the community within it - the people are wonderful and we have made amazing connections - having an apartment that is pet friendly is also a huge bonus! We've never had any issues with pests or noise, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient and also super friendly. The clubhouse is so handy for family get togethers and the gym is nicely equipped! Very happy to be living here 😊

A nice place to live but we hadn’t expected, when we moved in four years ago, that we would ‘enjoy’ a swimming pool in the parkade every spring. It seems that the landlord isn’t able to find the right people to fix this seasonal problem. The current (no pun intended) edition has lasted three weeks so far.

The regularly malfunctioning single elevator and the similarly unpredictable overhead garage door (we’ve been locked in, or out, for long periods several times) are very frustrating too.

Our apartment is nonetheless comfortable and affordable, and the on-site management and maintenance teams do their pleasant best. It’s a pity that the landlord in Winnipeg isn’t as attentive to the residents’ needs.

I have lived here for over 2 years and I love it! This apartment complex is great for everyone and there is a strong sense of community here! The area is very new & safe which was a big deciding factor in my decision to move here to begin with! As someone who loves to spend time outdoors there are a lot of great walking/biking/running paths nearby! The gym is also nice and has a solid selection of workout equipment! Lastly the rec building is the best I have seen in my 7 years of living in apartments! its a great place to hold events or just to relax and do work in! The staff is also amazing and whenever I have an issue they are quick to resolve it! Not to mention they are all very friendly and make you feel like you are a part of a family! This is the longest I have stayed in an apartment complex for and there is a reason why! Its an amazing place to live! 🙂

I’m so happy with my decision to move to this apartment!! The building is well kept and the area is safe. The other tenants are such a friendly community. There are beautiful parks and biking trails all around the area. The facility has a great clubhouse with a well equipped gym and you are able to rent space for special events you might have. The staff is just the absolute best, Kendra always makes you feel welcome and comfortable coming to her if you have any concerns or questions!!

I've lived in one of the suites for almost 2 years. The staff have always been professional, personable and responsive. Gym equipment has been kept in good condition and their maintenance team is quick and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend as an option for your home!

Really enjoyed living at Parliament Rentals. Kendra and the maintenance staff were always there to help need be. Rates are a little pricey but when you consider the ammenities that are included in rent, it's a good deal. Always felt safe, great part of town with everything you need close by. Would recommend leasing here in a heartbeart <3
