Through the months and months it took to find and purchase the unicorn that is our latest home, Brad was there with the same level of commitment at the end of the process as he demonstrated at the start. Sometimes you can do everything right, and someone else's problems become your own, which was the case when our recent move went sideways due to unfortunate circumstances for the Seller.
