My experience with these realtors was not smooth. Selling and purchasing home same time was big steps. They both didn't guide us well and just wanted to sell our house.

Before we met Richi Khana /Parveen Tiwari, We met couple of realtors and at the end we decided to go with Richi and Parveen...and our choice was wrong.

They introduce us the mortgage broker and he was also worse than ever. We got stuck with the closing and with these realtors they don't even care.

After they make our house sold and purchase -they never show up or asked that how's the new house and everything.

The realtors which we talked before they are still on contact with us.

We made a bad choice to sell our house and to purchase with these two realtors...worst ever experience.

I just hope what what me and my husband gone through no one ever go - its very hard to trust the realtors in this market - some are very good and some are not.

Please choose a good realtor to sell or purchase the house who can guide you end of your closing.

I worked with Praveen on moving to bigger house and selling our previous house, so I can say I have experience of his services for both sides of the table. I must say he is very dedicated and responsive about all your questions. As we were looking for the house second time we were very particular about our requirements. We searched for the house for almost 3 months and in these months I never felt any kind of slack or drop in his enthusiasm to show the houses. In fact many times we were disheartened that we may not get a dream house. But, he has been very positive though out the journey and kept mentioning don’t settle for a house which you don’t want, we will definitely find something which is as per your requirement. The best thing about working with Parveen is that you will never feel being pressured or rushed to close a deal. He was very truthful and honest about the pros and cons of each house and let us make our decision. Because of his so long experience in the real estate market he was able to point our many things about the houses which we were unable to see. The same is the story on selling the house as well. He was very quick in preparing the house for showing, getting it cleaned, staging it and arranging for taking pictures to put it in market. Along with this his marketing team already started to advertise our house before it was ready for showing. Overall I can say if you want a hassle free and pressure free property hunt you should contact Parveen.
