Gus is a phenomenal Realtor - very supportive, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. The home buying experience can be nerve wracking, especially for first time buyers like us. About 9 months ago we made a decision to leave Quebec and move to Ontario. We had heard about Cobourg and decided to explore it. It was then when we met Gus at an open house. Unfamiliar with the town, he told us all about it and offered to give us a tour the next day. We were very grateful as he showed us the various neighbourhoods. Gus and Victoria were hired for the sale of my home during a rough transition in my life. The two of them not only went above and beyond to prepare my house and me, they also promised not to leave me without a home after closing, and held true to that promise. Answering frantic middle of the night calls, and questions way beyond what they were required to do! I even took business cards to hand out at work!
