Payam Ali Real Estate Group is an excellent and an exceptional group that offers the great services. The staff are courteous, kind hearted and are willing to go the extra mile for their clients to be comfortable, satisfied and happy by finding a home within their budgets.
I remember, at one point that I wanted to give up as the price of downpayment on condos was above what I could afford, or, I didn't like some places. But, Payam insisted that I shouldn't, and that I should give him one more month.
To my surprise, he found us a place that we liked, within our budget and we were satisfied.
I always talk about this company, and I will recommend this company to everyone and anyone who is looking for a true and honest real estate company who look out for their clients best interest and execute their promise efficiently and effectively ?.

He was very knowledgeable and able speak in detail about the key information & factors that could inform our purchase decision and assess the property value. Things like real estate trends in the area, background on the builder/developer, information about the neighbourhood, and most importantly - upcoming & potential changes in the area that may impact the property value in the future.
And if he didn't know the information already, he was very prompt to investigate and provide an update.

Payam was very open & honest with his thoughts and assessments, which helped to more efficiently review all the properties + key information about them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Payam Ali of Real Estate Group. I had no idea how to go about selling an apartment building that I wanted to put on the market. Then I recalled that my husband I met Payam Ali and his partner Marvin Isaza some years ago. We were thoroughly impressed with the work Payam and his associate Marvin undertook selling our deceased parents' house.
