Durant toute ma recherche de maison dans votre site Web, j'ai été ravi de la ponctualité des réponses que M. Said Ibrahim m'a livré. Ceci m'a boosté malgré mon emploi du temps chargé avec d'autres visites, à aller visité la maison sise au 51 de la rue du Sahara. Je dis merci ! Et si tout va bien, cette maison a retenu mon attention.

I had the pleasure of working with Said when I was looking for a rental unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. From the moment I reached out, Said was responsive and attentive, answering all of my questions with clarity and patience.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. As a landlord, I'm still fuming after the disastrous experience I had with this company. The 5-star reviews from tenants are just a facade - the truth is, they're only looking out for their own interests, not yours.

Their showing agent pool is laughably small, and the applicants they bring in are often unqualified and unsuitable. But instead of focusing on finding good tenants, they're more concerned with placating these subpar prospects and pushing their overpriced in-house repair services.

But the real kicker is when we refused to accept two applicants that they had handpicked. In a shocking display of greed and bullying, they TERMINATED OUR CONTRACT ON THE SPOT and demanded a $400 termination fee for the privilege of returning our keys. Yes, you read that right - THEY decided to terminate the contract, and THEY wanted us to pay for the privilege of getting our property back.

Their only concern is lining their own pockets, and they'll stop at nothing to get what they want. Don't believe the glowing reviews from tenants - they're just pawns in the company's game. And as for Rudsworth Daniels, the only remotely positive interaction I had, he's just a salesperson trying to make a sale. Stay far, far away from this company. 1/10 would not recommend, and that's being generous.
