I have listed two homes, and have bought two homes with Penney Properties - From start to finish, Brittany and Justin looked after every detail, including helping me with a Trailer to help move my things from one property to another. They were always available for questions I had, and made sure that I was getting the property that I wanted, and a property that fit within my budget. I would 100% recommend Brittany and Justin to any potential homebuyers/sellers. They also saved me a lot of money in commission, Which allowed me to Buy things for my new home that I wouldn’t have been able to do if I had been with another realtor paying 5%+ commission.

My wife and I were considering selling a rental property we had in Paradise, so we reached out to Brittany for some information and to get an idea of the market. She was very friendly and professional as she answered all our questions and provided a market evaluation. After that there was absolutely no pressure from here as we looked at the information and decided what would work best for us. Once we decided to list she promptly helped us get the ball rolling and had professional photos completed of the property. Once listed and viewings began the whole team was very respectful of our long term tenants, which was very important to us. At the suggested price point the house sold quickly and Brittany took care of everything for us right up to closing last week. Working with the team at Penney Properties was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Brittany was excellent to work with.
