No one ever answers the phone I need a human.. Does anyone work there... Because my paperwork doesn't get processed either. Well I finally went to the d m v after a month of waiting... I understand they are overworked, but my paperwork always seems to be mishandled...since the covid experience

Absolutely unacceptable service. I've done my time in the service for 5.6yrs Overseas Active Duty and I come home to dealing with people who don't know how to do their job. Called them for a follow up status on my car registration and title and they stated that they're not tracking anything they received from Tri County and the next day later they mailed me all my documents that Tri County sent them and stating that its 'missing a required document' which I clearly gave to Tri County all the required documents. The people at Penndot and their leadership in Harrisburg really need to start acting their age and not their shoe size and really need to do their job and start acting like leaders, at least Tri County Tags actually does their job and cares about assisting customers and Veterans.

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is so misguided and outdated! They kept telling me I had a hold, which prevented me from renewing my driver's license, so I worked for 5 months to fix an issue from a former state, with no help from Pennsylvania.... the other state and the NDR said I had fixed the issue and that PA was the one who was slacking, so I attempted to renew my license online, through the mail and finally had to go on person to the dmv/dot. I was able to renew in person, but then Harrisburg still cashed my check, so they doubled my payment! So ridiculous, I will be looking for ways to be reimbursed, but absolutely absurd that they took the check regardless!!

I can’t give them zero stars otherwise I would. So they shut down the interstate 380 on the Labor Day weekend to one lane for like 15 miles and there’s literally no construction workers at the work zone . Really poor planning and a big FU to people traveling. And btw most of the state highways have very limited shoulders so you’re screwed if you break down and they don’t seem to believe in cell service since coverage is lousy in many areas. Not should why anyone really wants to live in PA. A lot of work zones but no workers lol. If you have to travel through PA,good luck you’ll need it.

Basically stole $2,417 from me.

Sent in money orders to renew the registration for my semi, accidentally sent in the wrong form so that delayed registration. Did get the correct form to renew and sent that in. Got the invoice. But they are refusing to acknowledge the $2,417 I sent in a month ago despite the fact that they deposited them according to the bank.

After almost 2 months without having my source of income and trying to pay bills I am out of money. I will be out of business in a few weeks and have to sell my semi. You can bet I'll be filing a complaint about fraud with the Federal Trade Commission and some of that money will go to hiring a lawyer.
