Todd was awesome. He told me what the problem was and even showed me a few pointers. I was also in and out in maybe a little over an hour. I wish I could get my repairs done there all the time. Penske puts Ryder in the dirt anyways. They have the best service over anyone.

Outstanding customer service! Melissa was fantastic! She was professional, courteous, and accommodating. She worked with me to get me the best price possible for my rental truck. I had discovered a leak in the roof of the cargo area in the truck and unfortunately, the water did damage a few books that I had packed in there. When I brought the truck back, as soon as Melissa opened the back up, she noticed the leak right away and discounted my rate due to the damage I had. They also have a good discount rate for veterans. I ended up spending less than $300 for the entire rental! I picked the truck up on a Friday morning and didn't return it until Tuesday morning AND put approximately 150 miles on it. With all that, I believe that I made out very well for the cost. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone who is moving or has a need for a moving truck. Thank you Melissa!

Was told they could take me for an ABS light issue and when I got there at 10:15 someone didn't come help me until 15:00! The gentleman that did come out and fix my issue was very nice and proffessional so that is why I at least gave 2 stars

El único lugar quea valido la pena a Sido en selmo TX por qué la compañía mea mandado a Pensilvania y de lo peor en todo como a otros fui aque arreglaran el camión que trae el volante virado y jala para la derecha y no arreglaron nada asta un acsidente tuve después pasando una rotonda con otro camión OMG no se los recomiendo a nadie soy camionero de norte américa y este camión se lo rentan a ellos mismo pase por 4 talleres de esta compañía y el camión sigue igual bueno el único taller que le iso alguito fuen en TX los demás no arreglaron nada y después que tuve el acsidente son tan descarados que dicen que está así por el acsidente cuando antes del acsidente yo pasé por uno de sus talleres y solo le pusieron la computadora no revisaron nada del camión no les importo nada de la información que yo les estaba dando este camión es rentado a ellos mismo es una falta de respeto y mal trabajo de ellos no se los recomiendo a nadie ni les renten camiones tampoco si pasa algo luego se tratan de limpiar culpando al chófer y que el seguro pague junto también el chófer pregunto mejor la Rayde son mil veces mejores que ellos y más atentos en todo el único taller que le iso alguito fue en selmo TX los otros 3 talleres ni tocaron el camión se creen que por qué uno es mujer no conose de camiones que tremenda falta de ética tienen no les recomiendo a nadie que les rentes sus camiones tengan en cuenta lo que me acaba de pasar Ami si hubieran arreglado bien este camión me hubieran evitado ese acsidente el volante está jorobado si lo pongo derecho coje monte el camión y las yantas se van asia la derecha estoy loca por llegar a Miami y bajarme de este camión soy camionero de ase 10 años y he tenido 5 camiones propios míos con compañía y todo como me van a querer pasar por tonta por qué doy mujer
