I walk in and get completely ignored and no one in sight. I had to find the flea stuff by myself which led to me going back three different times. I stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes before an older lady walks in with a tray of coffee which I held the door for her. She just stared at me while I did. They both end up coming to the counter after this and start gossiping about someone and I believe that person they were talking about walks in and is an employee there. They give each a dirty look. The older lady checked me out without even looking at me she checks me out and I try to make conversation and she is just rude and doesn’t care to talk to me. Which is fine we don’t need to have small talk but she has such a bad attitude. I go back again. The old lady is rude to me again while I ask about cat flea shampoo. They was the new employee this time checking me out. She was nice to me had a good conversation and actually helped me with my questions. I go back a third time and the blonde lady who ignored me is at the counter checking me out. The lady who was nice to made conversation with me just saying “oh your back” explaining that the flea shampoo she used on her sensitive cat and telling what brands to stay away from and the lady who checking me out cuts her off every single time. Like before I can answer in a rude tone the whole time with looking at me “do you have a number” “that’s 15$”. Yes they did their jobs and I got what I needed but jeez that was uncomfortable to be around.

The employees there were great nice and friendly. I got an email with a coupon, but they couldn't get the coupon to scan she was right on it
to call and find out why. After waiting 5 mins of being on hold, she just gave me the discount, so I didn't have to wait any longer. She apologized several times for the wait, and it not working. I don't think it was her fault. I blame the ones sending out the emails. They should make sure what they send is going to work.

Most of the staff are great. Management staff needs some work, could be friendlier and more transparent. I like the selection of treats.... Still prefer the Listowel location to Wingham any day!!! Just has a more cohesive and welcoming environment and the staff at that location usually go over and beyond to help and suggest out of the box things for my pup
