Peter Woldu was absolutely fantastic and essential in our first home buying process! When we toured houses, he immediately looked for quirks (in the neighbourhoods we liked, it was primarily "is the house sinking? where and why?") so we could focus on admiring the house. He never recommended houses outside of our wanted neighbourhoods or price range. When it came time to put in an offer, he provided resources so we could be well informed on what similar houses sold for recently and their features so we could assess our house.

Peter provided us with all the knowledge, compassion, and resources we needed to find a home. He made the stressful process a lot easier by being available to chat through stuff and was realistic about what may need to be done. He had recommendations for the rest of the team (ie. lawyer, home inspector, etc.) to smooth the process further. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Thank you, Peter!!!
