Quand nous sommes arrivés à Dieppe du Québec, ma femme et moi avons eu l'aide de Phil pour trouver notre première maison. Étant donné notre situation, nous avons travaillé à distance avec Phil. Suite à plusieurs semaines de discussions à distance nous avons passé presque un week-end complet avec Phil à faire des visites et chercher la perle rare. Nous avions fait une liste de maisons à visiter et c'est finalement une recommandation de Phil que nous avons acheté. Il avait très bien compris nos besoins! Le travail nous a ramener au Qc dernièrement, nous n'avons pas hésitez à faire affaire aux services de Phil à nouveau pour vendre notre maison qui était considéré comme exécutive. Tâche qu'il a réussi à accomplir au bon prix et surtout dans les délais que nous avions discuté.
