From the beginning Nik’s communication, explanations and demeanour were outstanding. We’re first-time home buyers so haven’t been through the process before, but Nik’s experience, expertise and communication were fantastic and helped to remove a lot of potential stress. He patiently talked us through all the documentation that came with the property to clearly explain the work that had already been done, and work being planned for the future by the Strata Council. Nik always made himself available to view properties and talk through questions we had.

When viewing properties for sale, Nik was honest in his opinions and clear about the value of the properties and ongoing costs associated with them. He listened to what we were looking for and never pressured us into making a bad decision. His existing network of contacts was also invaluable in providing us with information.

Overall, Nik went over and above our expectations, and his style and frequency of communication was spot-on.
