I’ve been coming to this store since my pool was built in 2022. I have always received good advice and instructions on how to maintain my pool. They sell me what I need and never push and try to sell me something I don’t. I get my water tested by them every week or so. My pool had been great since the first day. I addition to chemicals I also bought an Aquacomb that makes cleaning the cartridge filter a breeze.

Something has changed about this store. It used to smell of chlorine (understandable), but my last few visits the smell was extremely low. So hats off to whoever is keeping the chlorine smell down.
I have a pool filter that I couldn’t put back together, and Nate was kind enough to help me. Although, I had to wait for the technician to actually assemble the pool filter, Nate didn’t give up and never said he couldn’t help me. So I commend him for having a good attitude. If I can’t fix it, then I know someone who can.
He could have turned me away, but he didn’t.

I can always count on Nathan and Connor to provide exceptional and professional service EACH and EVERY time I visit this store. They are pleasure to work with and their knowledge of pools systems is phenomenal. I've been going to this store for over 25 years and I can't recommend this location more because of the service I receive from Nathan and Conner! Great job fellas!!!

I have been a customer of this store for over 12 years. The members there have always been well versed and knowledgeable about my pool and its filter system. Just recently I turned my pool into a salt pool. I test it every week and the results were always excellent. The main employee I have been dealing with is a young man by the name of Connor . He is very professional and knowledgeable about my pool needs. I must say he is a tremendous asset to the company and I will continue to address Connor whenever I can, but I must say though I deal with Connor most of the time the other employees are just as professional and knowledgeable in their work for the company.

I’ve been going to the store for almost 30 years. The personnel there are very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and honest. They do not suggest I buy something unless it is really needed to keep my pool in perfect condition.
