First impression is important, and the team of Boardwalk is amazing, Nick was really helpful and wants to help us to find a place to call it home, the process was smooth and again all the crew is friendly and happy to help. Can’t put more stars because the max is 5!

I couldn’t be any happier with this apartment! The apartment in itself has a great location, multiple parks just behind it. They do have an underground parking, which is great for winter as well. The staff, namely Maria and Laila are great and approachable! They have accommodated me with several inquiries and concerns. Thumbs up for their great staff! 👍🏻

I have been living in this apartment complex since 2017 and I couldn't be happier! The Boardwalk staff have been nothing but amazing! They are always so polite, friendly and quick to help out with any questions! The complex is always kept maintained and up to prisitine standards and conditions. I couldn't be happier with my choice in living here and even happier to know how dependable the Boardwalk staff are! The prices are affordable and the walking path/park right next to the buildings make it nice and easy access for walkers/joggers. I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking to move into their own place!

From our experience: The first month or so living here was great! Then we started noticing a few things.. Cosmetically the apartments are nice- big balconies, new appliances, clean look, but cheaply built. The underground parking is a plus, although the garage door leading into it seems to break at least once a week, stranding you in or out with your car for at least a few hours. The outside of the windows did not get cleaned once during our lease. Staff can be very hard to get ahold of or they just don’t answer.. Definitely would not recommend Boardwalk communities to anyone after our time there.

Such a beautiful place to live. Apartments are gorgeous, surrounding area is awesome, with the walking path and creek. Sherri was an absolute star and made each transition so very smooth. Sad to leave but made my first home so memorable.

Dealing with Laila in the leasing office at Pines has been an absolute pleasure. She is quick, efficient and answers concerns right away. I was a previous tenant moving back to the location and this has been a seamless process. She is great with her customers, attentive to their questions and needs, and just an overall wonderful and pleasant person. I appreciate everything she has done thus far.

Location is great, but if you need maintenance for anything it’s an absolute joke. Was without air conditioning for over a month, heat didn’t work for a couple days in the fall, leak in the roof lead to water damage. Water damage took over 5 weeks to get “fixed”, and all they did was paint over it instead of replacing the drywall. Very poor customer service, nobody has the ability to follow up with maintenance requests. Elevators and hallways are almost never cleaned. Burnt out lightbulbs in hallways take months to be replaced. Underground parking is nice, when the garage door actually works (at least once a month it’s broken). Pot holes (some over a foot wide) take months to have them filled in. Landscaping/lawn care is terrible, weeds everywhere. When I first moved in the place was a mess (“cleaning” staff are a joke), air conditioner full of mold. If they offer an incentive for signing a lease they will do whatever they can to rip you off the following years if you wish to renew.
