Regarding sales- I was asked "May you please submit your best and final offer" I was aware I was the highest bidder, I continued with that bid. But came to know someone have given a higher offer. Why this secrecy, why cant we keep it open and follow normal bidding process which everyone is following. I liked the property felt bad to see it go away

Having used many letting agents in Belfast Area I can say pinpoint have been excellent. I am on my second year in a property with the pinpoint and the process, communication from them and response time when I’ve needed any assistance has been great! I have and will continue to recommend to my friends and family.
Jack and Nicola is ywho I have main dealt with and the professionalism is levels above any other agency I’ve dealt with.

All they do is pursue you incessantly. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they behave as if they are superior to you. I will never use their services again. If you read this and other reviews, it’s clear they are not a professional company.

Our experience with Pinpoint and Jack (one of the agents) in particular has been good, overall. They provided assistance when we needed it and negotiated a rent reduction to help us with the increasing heating and energy costs.
One thing that could be improved is the response to contacts. Sometimes, our emails and calls with queries were not returned (unless we called or emailed again) or took very long (1-2 weeks) to return.

My experience for looking a property to rent in Belfast was not pleasant as the assistance from pinpoint property as letting agent were not great. First, the agent got 45 minutes late on our scheduled viewing of the property and then apparently, the keys he brought was not working in the property so we had to reschedule. Second, the agents were not returning calls as promised so we have to call from time to time to ensure viewing schedule for that property. Third, the second agent who assist us in our scheduled viewing seemed disinterested to work as agent there as he was very cold/ had no welcoming vibe to people who are viewing the property.

The only people who are great in this property agent are the ladies who answer our calls who were very kind and polite.

Recently moved out of a house in Dunluce Avenue under the agency and had problems from Day 1.

Upon moving into the property, we found that the house had not been cleaned from the previous tenants departure, with grime, dirt and dust throughout the communal areas, as well as broken furniture, cutlery and plates that had been left behind by the previous tenants.
After demanding a cleaning of the property, any rubbish collected by the agency was promptly left in the back garden in a pile of black bags, creating an easy housing for rodents (as our back door was also broken). This was not moved until several months later after countless emails and phone calls asking to do so. We also found a bag of rubbish that contained packets of food stuffed in one of the cupboards.

Later in our tenancy, our washing machine began to pour smoke from its drum and damage clothing of two of the tenants. This was rectified quickly and a new washing machine was brought within the next few days, however, the old washing machine was left in the living area of the house and was not disposed of until 1.5 months after the breakage, causing a blockage in the communal spaces. There was also a table and chairs dumped at the property, despite the fact we had no need for them and ended up having to put them outside in the garden.

The property also had a severe mould infestation that ultimately caused for one of the tenants to leave the property and have a new tenant replace them. (Mould was not rectified by agency, despite the fact we contacted them about it multiple times).

I do not recommend this agency as they clearly have no desire to care for their tenants and we only managed to get actual change done to the property after threatening to withhold renr
