I've been here for 6 years, been through several landlords. I've had some maintenance needing to be done in my unit for a long time and after the recent annual inspection we had the plumber in within 30 minutes. Brenda has been very efficient since she has become landlord. It's nice to have someone care about the living conditions of tenants.

Old building, nice locked outer doors but a backdoor that’s left open more often than not. A reliably quiet building with an amazing landlord who is very caring and pleasant to contact. *LANDLORD UPDATE* This will soon change and someone else will be taking over. Overall the building is big, units are a nice size and well taken care of. However… The building can become VERY hot even with the heat turned all the way down, to extremes that become unbearable for someone who is always hot. I think the door is not flush with the frame, being old and all, and this makes the crazy heat flood into the hall and into your door. With everyone’s heat up it WILL heat your apartment up drastically. *UPDATE* the washers and dryers are rarely ever in working condition, I’d suggest going someplace else or getting your own since the machines will eat your money either not rinsing off clothing, not drying clothing or simply eating your money then not working at all. As a rule of thumb for any renter if you can’t fix the problem yourself, live with it, it’s not getting fixed.

I’ve lived here for 7 months now and I really enjoy it! The location is great. Grocery stores, banks, gas stations, the river valley, Millers ice cream and the sheep are all right outside my door. The building is very quiet and clean. The apartment manager Kelly is very helpful and kind, and responsive when there’s an issue. Rent is very reasonably priced, with heat and water included.

I have lived here for a year. The building is always well kept inside and out. I love looking out at the yard and the beautiful lighthouse. The manager Kelly is always a pleasure and easy to deal with if there is ever an issue or question.

Being a east coaster and working on the road as a heavy hauler, when I come home to my cosy apartment, I love to sit on my deck and have a coffee and sometimes have a drink and smoke and look all around at my beautiful scenery and relax, one of my favourite things was seeing the lighthouse on the lawn!!! It reminds me of where I grew up in Newfoundland and we had a lighthouse in out town. Was very disappointed to see it go as it was a reminder of my heritage!! Love living here and the place is very quiet, hope they bring back the lighthouse!!!

I have lived in this apartment for about 3 years now and I have not had any issues. Our caretaker Kelly (not me we just have the same name) takes great care of the building it is always nice and clean walks are always shoveled in the winter and grass is always cut beautifully in the summer. Love living here

I have lived in Fort Saskatchewan for many years, and cant help but to admire this property. Its so nice to see this place whenever I walk by. The yard is well kept, the flowers give it a nice added touch and my wife and I just love the lighthouse. We have admired this for the past few years on our walks past the bulding. We often stop to talk with the caretaker, when she is out working in the yard, very personable person.
With Fort Saskatchewans Family and summer festivities like the farmers market and all the festivals and attractions in the legacy park it adds a delight to these.
The only downfall we have is where did the lighthouse go '
Was saddened to see it not there this past week.
