L ‘ endroit est calme ce que nous avons apprécié. L’appartement est bien équipé et offre beaucoup d’espace. Nous étions nombreux (14) et chacun y avait sa place. La propreté y est numéro 1. Comme il faisait chaud, nous aurions apprécié plus de ventilateurs ou encore l’air climatisé. Les hôtes répondent vite à nos requêtes. Merci pour le sejour

This is a fantastic AirBnB rental, with all the amenities and then some. Our group was impressed by your attention to detail in building an cozy atmosphere. We loved the decor! It was fun and gave an instant sense of comfort. The house was exceptionally clean and the location was in a great neighbourhood, with restaurants and a Shoppers Drug mart within a short walking distance. There was also a grocery store and more restaurants a short drive away. Michael and Katrina were welcoming and always responded quickly to inquiries. Everyone in our group agreed we hope to stay here again!

The house was very clean, well taken care of and professional. It was a very relaxing environment. All details were taken care of. The host is very responsive, pleasant and helpful. A beautiful home and excellent place to stay. We would love to stay again next time we come to Edmonton!

WORST EXPERIENCE do not stay here!

When I arrived at my check in time which was 4 PM the place was an absolute mess. Here are the photos. We arrive and there is a cigarette package and garbage in the garage when no smoking is allowed on the property. Dirt on the floors. All the beds were slept in. Hair in the beds!! We called and you said you would give us a refund for our first night and that the cleaners missed this place. You didn’t even plan to send cleaners knowing they missed the property till we called. Then we had to remove all our belongings from the property and wait for the cleaners to come and so we had to change our plans because we had to wait for the place to be clean. When we came back the place was not fully clean. Stains on the walls which seemed to be related to human fluids. Wet towels in our room due to the poor cleaning service. When we finished our stay today you ONLY gave us HALF the CLEANING fee back for a refund instead of the full night of rent off you originally promised us over the phone. Your cleaning service didn’t even do a full job of cleaning the place and our plans had to be changed because of this major inconvenience you failed to inform us of originally expecting us to sleep in a disgusting home. Now you’re not even reimbursing us back and when we leave a Google review you just say you’ll “investigate” it but you have absolutely no plan to give us our full refund back when you said you would in the first place. This is the worst customer service ever. You can see from previous reviews under 1 star this has happened before in terms of the place being a mess.

I have stayed here 4 times now! I am always grateful for the easy check in/out instructions, beautiful accommodations, great location, easy parking, comfortable beds and always a great experience. I have zero complaints. This place consistently delivers on comfort , price, location and views.

When we arrived at 8745 151 St NW, there was over a foot of snow on the ground. It was already past 8:00 PM, and the snow had stopped hours earlier, yet nothing had been cleared. Around 9:00 PM, someone showed up with a leaf blower and half-heartedly blew off the top layer of snow. In contrast, the neighbor’s sidewalk was fully shoveled, making it clear this property was neglected.

We trudged through the snow to the front door, only to find the exterior completely dark—a significant safety concern. There were no outdoor lights at all, and when we got inside and struggled with a cheap, poorly installed door handle, we couldn’t find any switches to turn on outdoor lighting. The property remained dark throughout our stay.

Inside, the issues continued. The bedding was old and worn out, and the towels provided were equally bad—thin, ratty, and hardly usable. We were instructed to place linens in the provided laundry baskets upon checkout, but no baskets were supplied. They also warned us about using specific "makeup towels" to avoid charges for stains, but the so-called makeup towels were no where to be found.

The checkout process was even worse. We paid an extra fee to bring our dogs, ensured they stayed off the furniture, and cleaned up after them thoroughly. Despite this, the property manager complained about “excessive hair” and tried to charge us additional fees. The hair was minimal, especially since the dogs were confined to one area during our two-night stay. They also claimed we ruined a sheet with ink stains, but we know for a fact we didn’t cause that damage. While we were willing to pay for the sheet, it felt like an excuse to tack on more fees.

The worst part was the lack of transparency. While the rules mentioned dog waste, they never mentioned extra charges for hair. Communication was poor, with responses that felt robotic and dismissive.

Dealing with Michael and Katrina was a nightmare. The experience was stressful, frustrating, and felt like a scam. Save yourself the headache and book with a reputable property manager—or better yet, stay in a hotel. Avoid this property at all costs.

ETA: when I expressed my review of them on their socials they promptly blocked me. So I am thinking all these 5 star reviews are friends or fake. They will beg you for a 5 star review. It’s even their wifi password.
