I have owned my condo for 10years and since this company took over a couple years ago , it has gone completely down hill. Looks like a complete garbage dump . Had a huge tree infront of my condo , they ripped the tree out and now have left this open area covered in dirt and weeds . Love looking out my kitchen window everyday and walking out my front door to look at this mud pit and a jungle of weeds !
The potholes in the parking lot are so deep and extremely large that my car has a hard time driving to my parking spot . Where there is grass , it’s never cut .
I have sent pictures , left a few emails and still haven’t heard nothing back .
I really wonder why we are paying so much for condo fee and where it’s going cause I know it’s not going back to our Property maintenance or nothing.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Pivotal Property Management, especially with Jessica as the Condominium Manager for Altius Desrochers. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. When I had a request, Jessica addressed it promptly and efficiently.

I’ve been living in one of their condos for 2 years, and the management has been consistently disappointing. First, my car was towed from my assigned parking spot for “aesthetic changes” while I was out of town. They sent a notice only 2 days before the work began—completely inadequate! Notices should be sent at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Second, during snow removal, no prior notice was given, and snow piles blocked access to my car. Lastly, after spreading anti-slip rocks in the parking lot, I found scratches and small rocks on my car hood. Attempts to contact them were met with endless redirection. Worst property management experience ever!

Our condo complex started with Pivotal several years ago after a string of ineffective property managers at a previous company. Pivotal and Jessica absolutely great! They're well organized, and surprisingly responsive! Thank you Jessica for all the hard work you're doing!

I have recently rejoined the board for my Condos which I have lived at for many years (20+) I can Honestly say the Previous Management companies certainly dragged their feet on taking care of issues. Now that Pivotal has taken over last couple of yrs things are finally getting done. Since Rejoining the board Jessica is quick to respond to questions and concerns which is appreciated. Thank you Jessica I look forward to keep working with you.
Before I rejoined the board the office was always fast and professional in answering inquiries. One last word about pictures and comments from 3 mths ago the garbage was due to Private owners Tenant moving out.

Although it was for a relatively short period of time, my experience with Laura York and Tim Niguidula of Pivotal Property Management was an enjoyable one. I found them both to very professional, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to requests.

I've never been quite angry enough to write a negative Google review before, but that's changed in the last week.

It's quite unfortunate that Google doesn't allow me to leave the zero that Pivotal deserves. Be warned, if you sell a property that you have the misfortune to be managed by Pivotal Property Management, they will make it as difficult as possible for you to get the documents you need. They will charge PER DOCUMENT, force you to pay via bank draft (they do not accept any forms of electronic payment) and go out of your way to physically drive to their offices during business hours, to make said payments before they'll email you the documents you need.

Pray to whatever gods you hold dear if a property you own comes under the management of Pivotal.

Khotso helped me understand that as a tenant, I still have support. My landlord wasn’t helpful, and she made it easy for me to get through. She went above and beyond! If I ever buy a condo, I would want it managed by Pivotal Properties.
