A review for Mark and Steph….Where do I start?! Well let’s kick it off by saying that if it was possible, I would give them 6 stars. These two are incredible to work with. Instead of one fabulous realtor, you get two! Mark and Steph are very knowledgeable and attentive. They take initiative, communicate quickly and work really really hard to help their clients buy and sell. They care about their clients and it shows in everything they do. Stephanie and Mark came highly recommended to us from a neighbor and we were not disappointed! We met Steph when we randomly walked into an open house she was showing. The home was way above our price point but we were just looking and dreaming of one day owning our first home.
Steph was very personable and treated us with so much equal respect even though we were young and had no idea what we were doing.
Steph offered to have a phone call with us to introduce us to what she and Mark would be able to do and to discuss what we were hoping to find.
I painted the picture of our dream home. House, no strata, backyard, bedrooms, bonus room, kitchen....
Steph was so patient as she showed us more than 40 homes and kept us informed and educated for every step of the journey.
I could not speak more highly of our experience. This is one of the most stressful journeys couples will do together and I can not think of anyone else better suited to this job.
Our house buying journey was complicated and had many unexpected turns but I also knew Steph and Mark truly had our best interest at heart. There is no one like them.
I am writing this in my living room of my home where I have now lived for 4 months. I have a yard, and a beautiful kitchen and I had no idea finding my dream house would ever be possible. Steph and Mark truly do make lasting impressions. Thank you both for becoming part of our story we are truly grateful.
