Ils n'offrent pas un service bilingue ici cette un blague comment les employés pense c'est pas discrimination d'être de même....
Leurs employées mettre un barrière du service pour les citoyens et citoyennes Franco dans le région.... Puis quand j'ai demandé pour quoi "your in Alberta learn English"
I've spoken English for 28 years... I know how to do it. The point is that every Canadian should be offered this Federal service on the language of their preference... Otherwise their is a barrier to onepopulation or the other. Don't claim to be a bilingual service... And then hire unilingual employees.... Absolutely a joke how they consider Canadians rights here..

Quite possibly the laziest employees in existence.
On Feb 4th at approx 2pm my partner and I tried to mail a small package overseas to her family, we have done this many times in the past.
After waiting 20minutes in line watching other patrons deal with these 3 aloof employees, it was our turn and we were told that because we hadn't filled out the customs info in advance--that it was now something that had to be done "online now" the employee then shrugged her shoulders(a book for her sister in a padded envelope) and told us we'd have to to that on our phone and get back in line.
Perplexed we left with the unsent parcel and continued our afternoon errands frustrated. Whilst in another town the next day, I stopped at their Post Office, within 5 minutes I had the parcel mailed by a very polite and knowledgeable employee who rolled his eyes and apologized for the other Banff employees after sharing my previous experience with him.
Considering how privileged being an employee for Canada Post is, and after last strike, its a wonder these 3 Banff employees even have jobs given their laziness and self-righteous attitudes.

I've lived in Banff for 2.5 years and this post office is top notch. I've experienced just about every employee at this location and they are extremely nice and helpful. Today Vanessa helped me ship an expensive camera and set me up with a business account. As an educated guess, the bad reviews of this location are by customers that are in the wrong, or don't understand how shipping works. Thank you to the entire team at this location for constantly doing your best while putting up with so many idiots!

I'm a long-term resident of Banff and use the post office frequently for both business and personal mail. Sure, sometimes the person behind the counter is having a bad day, but I have those, too. The staff works hard, tries to serve you as quickly as possible, and makes every effort to do it with a smile. They aren't the only business in Banff doing their best to deal with low staffing numbers and they can't be held responsible for poorly addressed mail. Five stars for effort!

Closed for a half of an hour with no notice for “lunch” they are literally only open for 4.5 hours on a Saturday.
No more loans from the tax payers, no bail out. Canada Post does not deserve Canadian support.

I never posted any negative reviews online but there is always a first I guess. I ordered something online that I never received even though it showed delivered. Went to the post office to talk to someone and like everyone else, the lady in glasses were at the counter. At the beginning, she said that since it’s delivered, Canada Post cannot do anything else, I literally have to beg her to check again. After going to the back, she came out with a paper and said unfortunately they made a mistake and delivered it to somewhere 15km away from me, I will have to contact that place and get it back myself. Of course after all the phone calls, that place cannot find my package so now I’m left with no package while money is already paid.
