Fantastic Service at Home Hardware Powassan!

My visit started off a little rough — while the initial customer service was friendly, the staff member brought me to the nylon rope section when I was looking for a pull cord. But then Leo stepped in and completely turned the experience around.

Leo knew exactly what I needed and guided me right to it. His knowledge and confidence really stood out — you can tell he’s a true expert.

This is a great hometown Home Hardware with a solid team, and Leo’s support made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again!

Fantastic!
We had a dog and weren’t sure if we could bring it in but then saw a sign that said we love dogs. We went in and they gave our dog Lola a treat! Then took a picture of her and put her on a wall that said home hardware hounds!
We picked up some Powassan merch!

Wonderful experience here!!! My son and I ran out of paint on Sunday afternoon of Labour Day weekend and this was the only store within an hour of us that was open. So we took a chance and arrived at the store 5 minutes before close with a request for paint tinting. I felt bad to ask, but all the staff in the store jumped into action the second I arrived (esp the young man in the paint dept!). This was the last can of 7 gallons; we’ve been painting my son’s new home for weeks and it was SO satisfying to be able to finish on the weekend. Thank you extremely much to all you folks for being so patient and accommodating 🙂 🙂

I love these small town stores!! You never know what you'll find. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable... Were able to match up a mystery bolt with ease. Something that would have taken me hours to accomplish on my own.
This place is so much more than just a hardware store... Certainly worth checking out.

Amazing customer service. They ran out of tint paint for the 3 stain gallons I needed. The lady said they would have more in the morning and she would call me when done. I got the call sooner than expected and when I arrived, they were waiting at the front door. You won't get that type of service at Home Depot. Great experience.
