My experience with Elmira from Power Properties has been amazing. She has been amazing with communication and getting things completed with the property we moved into. We had an issue with a leak and she had a plumber out within an hour of me letting her know. Everything that has come up has been taken care of immediately. As the property management team member, they know the market very well and always provide many valuable suggestions. After the company simplified the process, at present, it is even more efficient to communicate directly to a specific property manager. Stacy and Abby are so helpful that they not only answer my questions promptly, but also regularly keep me updated to any change I care.
