Back in Oct 2023 PREET Shah had a listing across the street from my house. PREET came by, introduced himself to me stating he had just sold the house across the street and am I thinking about selling. I had stated that at some point in the near future I would be selling.
Over the next year and a half PREET would call me from time to time and ask if I was ready to sell. I said not yet until…
This year in early June we connected and my house went on the market.
