compagnie très mal gérer nick (juif) administrateur général sherry responsable des dépôt de garantie (très difficile a avoir au telephonne ) personnel très évasif quand vous avait un problème dans votre appartement voleur sur les dépôt en particulier sherry vous trouve n'importe quel prétexte pour pas vous rendre le dépôt engage des concierges avec un contient intellectuel 0 (jay et. genelle ) ex: nettoyage de l'appartement 280$ retenus sur le dépôt de garantie épisode 2 la dernière invention de sherry c est quelle invente des fausse factures (280$) épisode 3 après deux semaines que j ai publier ben toujours pas de réponse du propriaitaire bizarre

Only thing premier about this property management company is the name. Anybody can buy fake reviews but beware. They will ignore requests to fix things. My living room ceiling that tested at 1% asbestos is falling in they screwed some plywood over it and acted like an abatement was done. Back step is falling off for over a year and hasn’t been touched. only way to get anything done is to threaten to not pay rent. If you truly look through the reviews you will see which are real and fake. Do not rent from them! Dec 5 update: since this add nothing has been fixed the deck is so unstable I don’t let the dog use it anymore. My bathroom still has missing ceiling tile for over a year and the bathroom floor is rotting in. Front window got broken in oct 2 and took over a month to even measure it. Look at the pictures of the charred burnt live wires they don’t seem concerned about. take a look at the attached photos so you can see the living conditions they are happy to charge you rent for!!!

We are very pleased with the maintenance that has been recieved from Premier property. They are very efficient at fixing an issue at the rental and have been very friendly while they were here. The work the team performs is fast. The team pointed out sone issues during their work time and have been bery honest about their work. Great job Premier and team. It is nice to see a rental company taking pride in their job. When an issue arrives they are quick to respond. Thank you soooo much.

You will notice that most of the people that gave this company a good review have only done 1-3 reviews in their Google history, you can see it beside their review. All these good reviews are fake, this company will do and make up anything they can to take your entire damage deposit. Please believe all of the bad reviews of this place from tenants, they are telling you what this company actually does to good people. Even if you clean and take care of your place, they will still take your money. The manager, Sherry, will add costs and random damages AFTER you sign off on the move out report. They will also hold your deposits longer than what is legal. Agencies legally have 14 days from move out to send you your deposits back, it's been a month for me. Beware of this company. I have emailed the supervisor and called the office multiple times to ask about my deposit, but was always met with dismissive or evasive responses, I never got a straight answer. You are not here to help, you are trying to look good in the public eye while putting people down behind closed doors.

BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM PREMIER. They are thieves who will steal your damage and pet deposits and fabricate stories and lies to try to scare you from making a claim with the RTB. They allowed us to move in to a home with stains all over the walls, garbage in the yard, damaged ceiling panels, unpatched holes in the walls and plenty of other issues. Then Sherry placed the blame on us for the previous tenants damage, despite having a thorough inspection outlining all these damages prior to us ever living a day in the house. They are crooks, they take days to respond to urgent emails, they will let your basement flood and take 3 days to send someone out to repair the sump pump and leave you to clean up the mess and that doesn’t even scratch the surface of the hell you’ll go through while renting from them.

Be warned. Absolutely do not rent from this company unless you want your money stolen and terrible customer service.

If I could I’d give this company 0 stars I would , where to start on the issues our damage and pet deposit took 3 Weeks to even appear to be available to us even though the cheque was dated a week earlier why was it not mailed… we had to physically show up to your location to pick up the cheque you are LEGALLY supposed to mail it withing 14 days the cheque was not even written within 14 days of our move out so don’t trust this company they are sketchy and scummy and they respond to the real reviews with condescending tones and act like a perfect company, I also had emailed the employees multiple times about a random inspection right before our move out day in which they did not give us a reason as to why they are entering our apartment which is against the rental tenancy boards requirements for entering a tenants apartment and I did not get a answer from that email until I sent 3 consecutive emails over a week to the same employee (mirrella ramirez) about this issue and she blew it off and ended up not giving me any information relevant to my issue please DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY terrible terrible customer service and terrible communication.
(Caretaker at my apartment was great however… because he didn’t directly work for premier property solutions)
