This is the worst property management I've ever dealt with. Please don't rent with this management. I had been 8 months in their apartments and the reason behind we left this apartment because we didn't get supply of water for 1 month and we faced a lot of hardships without water ,no alternative that time.. This month also they detuct our full rent.no compensation. At the end they didn't give us our security eventhough we left this apartment with no damage and with deep cleaning. I wouldn't recommend renting this apartment ever .

This is the worst property management I've ever dealt with. Please don't rent with this management if your life dependent on it or consider your security deposit gone forever. No amount of cleaning will ever meet their standards. Even though I left the property in better condition than when I moved in, I still didn’t receive a fair portion of my deposit back.

Don’t bother cleaning the carpets for move out date. They will still charge you. Also they failed to discuss charges for missing keys, I paid 35 dollars to replace the keys and they deducted 35 dollars plus 126 dollars extra. There was no key charge information in the lease. These charges were not discussed at the time of the key exchange. Wouldn’t recommend this company. Felt like a total scam.

My experience has been absolutely incredible with them! Fantastic group that went above and beyond for things that I needed. I had a few things go wrong when I moved into the place and they immediately addressed the issues!

My family and I moved to Alberta with less than a months notice and had to scramble to find a rental that was in a nice neighborhood and affordable. Luckily, we were able to find a nice rental and make it our home for a year and a half. We just moved out in March, but only because we needed a bigger space, and sadly Prime has very few 4-5 bedroom rentals. Upon inspection, we were told we’d receive our deposit, I was super thankful as I have never lost one before and I definitely worked my behind off cleaning the unit to the best I could for the people coming to move in for April 1st. I’d rent from Prime again, and I’d suggest them to friends and or family as well.

Scammers:

Hot water doesn't work often, Very poor maintenance service and the response time from the office are always poor. They're consistent and efficient to increase the rest and collect rent on time and not for providing the good service.

There are a few good people in office but some very irrigant one that shouldn't be working there. In 20 yrs I've been renting here in GP this property management is the worst I've dealt with. I've paid rent alot of times in advance but if you're behind once lol 💯% rude and unprofessional. One said we live like pigs after an inspection and I'm like are you serious? We don't come close to live like that but that's the attitude they have.

I have to put one star. Can’t put less!
Very poor service. They’re far from professional service! Never heard before a realtor showing you a place saying a hate those color if that was mine I would paint differently! Be careful of what you see. Pics are not always true. You see something and when you do the visit it’s different inside. And you said yes they don’t get that !
