The community is safe and peaceful, the manager(Evelyn) is so nice too! you don't need to worry about your package getting lost once they deliver it infront of your door. It's clean and child friendly, Primerose lane is Near the school the mall and everything. There is medical clinic beside the apartment, Bakery, Dental,Childcare. Every morning they hire someone to pickup some trash around the bldg which is so nice because they keep the area clean all the time. they vaccum & clean the stairs & hallway most of the time. Their maintenance guy was so reliable and fast.

Okay, so I have been living at this residence for about 2 to 3 years now. They have been amazing. Its an absolutely Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Overall, I had a great experience with the Primrose Lane Apartments with Boardwalk. I would highly recommend renting through them. I'd give them a million stars if I could lol

Great place to live. Friendly helpful staff. The staff keep lots and grounds maintained Close to west Edmonton mall. School across the street for families. Convenience store and pharmacy next door as well as a bakery.

Great living, good price. Responsive maintenance. Friendly neighbors, very quiet. We are very happy here. Of course we are close to the West Ed mall too.

Great place always helping even on Sundays no rest.I ve been here since 2019 but OFFICE employees are very helpfull and hard worker such as EVELYN deserve more attention as she is very patient and open mind will take care any type of issue to help out
